i woke up 6:00am this morning for my COMELEC registration, i brought my id and rode to Colon ; i arrived 7:15am at the COMELEC office (few walks from Cebu City Hall); the line was already long at that time so a man arranged us to form a snake-like formation for us to fit in the tent, as time passes by, people started to arrive and went behind us; at 8:00 comelec started to let people in the office; after hours of standing; I actually was inside the office at 10:30 am;

inside, a girl gave me an application form for me to fill up, after that i lined up again outside for the picture taking ; this time it really took some time, my legs were like giving up; i got in the office again at 1:30pm, and finished all the requirements and was out by 2:00pm; after the hunger, after the hours of exposure under the heat of the sun, after the sweats, im finally a voter of the Republic of The Philippines, application number 2217300097133.
